BA is a degree in Arts the full form of which is Bachelors of Arts, and BBA & MBA are the Management degrees. BBA is Bachelors of Business Administration whereas MBA is a Masters program in Business Administration.
None of these degrees could be completed in one sitting and even if there are one or two institutes which gives you one sitting degrees I would not advice you to go for such a degree as it will have no market value and will not be even recognized by UGC or AICTE
