If you are very serious about pursuing international business, then i would recommend targeting US and not Canada. USA has far better colleges in the field of international business than Canada. The number 1 and number 2 universities in the world for IB are located in US i.e. Thunderbird University and University of South Carolina(Moore). Admission is also not very difficult in these universities. You just need to score above 650 in the GMAT and admission would not be a problem for you.

The minimum rank to secure a seat in the Aeronautical engg college is least of a possibility to be specified as the same would differ for one institute to another and also the entrance you are applying to.
I can only advise you to work hard to secure as good rank as you possibly can because ranks are variables changing each session.
Institutes offering Aeronautical Engineering are mentioned in the below link:

There is no MCA course in Canada. The course that is offered in Canada is called masters in computer engineering. In order to pursuethe same, you need to take the GRE and IELTS. If you want admission in a good university like McGill University, target a score above 1300 in the GRE and above 7.0 band score in the IELTS.
Once you have taken the tests, you would be applying to universities online through the online application. You would be paying the application fee online itself through a credit card.
