UPES Dehradun, Kakatiya Government College & P.G. College, Loyola Academy Degree And P.G. College & IIS University jaipur are a few good universities which offer this course. Among these UPES has embedded IAS coaching & test preparation in its regular BA course so its best if you want to prepare for IAS or other govt sector exams. Based your percentage, a PG course in an university seems tough. You also have a three year bachelor degree which is not acceptably by universities in Canada. You can look for Graduate Diploma or Graduate Certificate programs in Biotechnology programs offered by reputed colleges in Canada. Durham College, Canadian Career College of Technology and Management, Concordia University are few options.

Hi Suman, ofcourse you can do CA. CA has 3 stages
FOUNDATION
IPCC
FINAL
You have 2 options ahead of you. Either you can start from the first stage or you can opt direct entry so that you don't have to bother about Foundation. But if you opt direct entry then along with your IPCC you have to complete 5 days of orientation and 1 month ITT classes. And you must complete 9 months of articleship before giving IPCC. The risk element is more while opting direct entry. So the decision is upto you.

Pharmacists are higher salaried professionals in US and other foreign countries, where pharmacists are allowed to practice clinical pharmacy. They have statutory system in which patient is diagnosed by physicians or doctors (which are there exact responsibility not to prescribe drugs) and then the patient sent ahead to pharmacist with diagnosis report. Pharmacist is allowed to prescribe the patient and normally who charge more than physician. Average salary in USA is 40-50 or more USD per hour in beginning.
