Degree programmes are normally of minimum period of three years. Some programmes are of four or five years also. This is the situation in India. Abroad, the situation is little different. There a student has to score certain credits to get degree. Student has the choice of completing these credits in two years also. However, each country has different perspective. Even universities in same country may have differences. Hence, I would advise you to approach an agency that deals with sending students abroad for graduation.

It completely depends on your interest. There is no comparison in both the courses as one is a commerce oriented programme and the other one is a social work degree. If you wish to make a career working for NGOs and social welfare communities, and high remuneration is not an objective for you, MSW would be a great choice. But if commerce field interests you more, and having a good salary scope is your goal, M.Com is a suitable option.
