DCE (now DTU) used to give University of Delhi B.Tech degree but now it is a state university. Same is the case with Netaji Subhash Institute of Technology. Hi Kashmir!
B.Com is one of the graduation streams most commerce students opt for. Today, after completion of graduation, there are countless career options one can opt for. However, only having a graduation degree in commerce does not solve the purpose. To face the severe competition in the world, and to assure a decent job, one further needs to opt for either post-graduation or a professional course. You can follow this link to find more information about all the courses that you can pursue after B.Com https://www.shiksha.com/accounting-commerce/articles/course-options-after-b-com-blogId-12939.

B.Tech admissions are more or less decided by your marks in HSC or class 12 and class 10 marks does not affect your chances to get selected for a B.Tech programme in most colleges. In job interviews, you can choose not to mention your class 10 marks in your CV. However, even if you are required to provide your class 10 marks, it is mostly for documentation purposes and recruiters look at your knowledge and value creation for the job which you have applied for. Regards.

Your first priority would be to clear your backlogs, so that you can proceed with further education, or opt for a job. Unless, you clear your backlogs, your B.Tech degree will be of no value. In terms of jobs, after completing mechanical Diploma, you can go for junior level posts in private or government sector. You can try for the positions like Technician, Supervisor, Junior Engineer, Clerk, etc. In government sector. Taking various entrance exams for private and centralized banks as well as SBI and RBI is also a very good option. Regards.
