If you are targeting affordable options, you can consider Germany, Australia, Ireland, Singapore, etc. You have to narrow down your final choice by going through several university websites, the fees and expenses, geographical location and your preference, admission requirements mainly, university reputation, its corporate tie up, student support etc. There are many factors you have to consider. If you have very good academic profile you can avail scholarship. Target countries having good stay back options so that you can work after studies and gain necessary work plus international experience. Canada is also a top option but it does't accept three year degree.

If you do it from a reputed institute like NIPER, you might get some valuable job or else do not think ever to do B.Pharma. Because B.Pharma will cost your around 2-3 Lacks, then definitely, you have to do M.Pharma for specialisation which will again cost you around 10 lacks. Now if you are postgraduate in Pharmacy and start looking for a job- what you should expect as salary and other benefits? It will be 7k-10k per month as an apprentice (means you will not get paid leaves and other benefits). And that's it. To get the promotion you should start buttering to your managers from the day 1 of your job. If you do not believe in buttering/polishing then please forget about promotion. If you want to switch from one company to another company- you will need a strong referral. This may be the case for every industry but this is unique because you will get a 7k-10kper month. If you want to go for some different courses like Clinical Research, Pharma.D, MBA Pharma, then again the same story. So, do not expect that if you will do differently from others, you will get different benefits, Industry remains the same. Again, I am insisting that if you do it from reputed a institute, then only you can satisfy yourself with education, job and maybe life. Please do not go to any random college. Do your research again, and again. After all, its all about your life satisfaction.
