Universities in UK don't generally require the GRE but they require upper first class in your Bachelor's degree. Candidates with upper second class are also considered but overall they must have decent academic percentages. IELTS is a huge requirement. You should visit the university websites from campus to campus and learn what is require and what is not. Please decide where

Aap far as I know you can do but like dse, jnu that famous are having eligibility criteria for Maths. But like Mumbai University and IGNOU doesn't require but it's my advice to you take Maths economics and Statistics in Bachelors it'll give you more scope than only 6 papers theory of economics. Do hardwork in Bachelor's with Maths you'll find your ways easier when you go for higher studies or any entrance exam or any job interview test. That will help you a lot. Good luck.
