Although, all the three institutes are decent Institutes but as far as the stream what exactly you mean when you say stream as you have already chosen a stream i.e. Commerce if you want to know about the courses which you would like to take up after your B.Com, as you are not comfortable taking up courses involving lot of Math, you can opt for CA, CWA, CS which would not include a lot of Math rather these courses will have more of accounting. You can also opt for MBA with a specialization like HR, Sales & Marketing etc. You even opt for some vocational courses like fashion designing, hotel management, tourism etc.

Although, you have not mentioned anything about your educational background but I hope that you know that the eligibility criteria to sit for this Examination is intermediate with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination.
As far as the preparation for SCRA Examination is concerned, the areas covered in the Exam are: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English Language, General Knowledge, and Psychological Test (Mental Ability) for the preparation I would say the best mode would be to go through NCERT books from 8th till 12th level, apart from this for Mental Ability there

It's not possible for you to pursue this program in US because of the fact that your degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree required in US is a 4 year degree or equivalent. If you want to study in US, you will have to pursue a PG diploma or a masters program first in India.
