Job prospects do not depend on the course that you have pursued but depend on the university's brand name and your performance. If you have performed well and have pursued the same from a reputed university which is recognized worldwide, getting a job anywhere would not be a problem.
Hope my answer has solved your query. IF it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi,
It's not possible for you to pursue this program in US because of the fact that your degree is a 3 year degree whereas the degree required in US is a 4 year degree or equivalent. If you want to study in US, you will have to pursue a PG diploma or a masters program first in India.

You may do a diploma in Retail Management to grow in your current job. However, it will be useful to have a degree and then an MBA. I suggest you to enquire for registering for BBA or B.Com from IGNOU or other university Directorate of Distance Education. You may pursue thsi along with your job.
