Hi Shaubhik, to pursue MAsters in Germany you need to have a good percentage in UG and appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS exam.
There are 2 intakes in a year Sep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so you need to plan accordingly. The deadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /April intake is in July. Hence, you will need to make an early application.

Firstly, University of Delhi does not offers a BCA degree however the University is offering MCA.
There are several other institutes/ Universities for the BCA course and the eligibility for which remains 12th pass with a minimum of 50% (may differ from one institute to the other).

Instead of considering part time PGD, look for part time MBA. This may take an year more. But a degree will take you to greater heights than a diploma. Apply to IGNOU or other good institutes in your city for MBA part time. Do not go for eMBA.

Hi Rohit,
IP University only provides BA LLB which is an integrated programme of 5 Years; however, you may try with Delhi University. To get admission in LLB programme in Delhi University a Person needs to have graduated with 50% marks. For further information I would suggest to contact the University directly.

The best way to improve your Speaking & Communication skills is to listen to news channels and read newspapers this will not only increase your General Knowledge but also make you fluent in English. Also read as many Novels as you can and the best way to improve your English is to speak (leave the fear that you will speak the wrong English, the more errors you make & realize the errors, the more fluent your English will get).

The eligibility for MCA through IP University is Bachelors Degree of a recognized University in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate and must also have passed Mathematics and English (core or elective or functional) at least at the Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII) of the CBSE or any other equivalent Examination.
