Hi,
Obviously a Full Time MBA is much better than a Pg diploma in hospital management. I would recommend opting for a MBA in healthcare management.
MBA in Health Care: This program is designed for students who already have a background in the healthcare industry and want to expand their knowledge in order to effectively become managers in the healthcare industry i.e. running a hospital, etc.
On the basis of your masters degree, you definitely are eligible to secure a job directly. MBA would just give you another jump now.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.
