may it be government or private.
further it gets divide into grant and non-grant.
so mostly ur percentage says whether u get grnat sec or non-grant section.

Deepu, waht exactly is your question about the Growth curve. Is it in context to growth urve of a child where the height & weight do nt increase in proportion or is in contect to growth of career! Or is it for something else?
