Hi Rajnish, top up courses are for people who have completed a Diploma equivalent to HND or HND courses in India or in the UK. As you have completed a twinning program you are requested to contact your course provider in India to let you know of the Universities that will accept you as a student. Generally, Universities have such arrangements and students are allowed to go abroad for the final year. It is LPU that can advice you on the tie ups that it has with British or Canadian Unviersities and colleges for the course. You ought to apply to those Universities preferably.
