in general it depends upon which state you r residing or studying becoz the rules and regulations from one state to another state are different. for example A.P state govt is giving weightage of 25% for intermediate marks and the rest is from the engg entrance exam. it also depends upon which branch of engg. you r seeking admission as non lucrative branches are available for below 50% canditates.

There is no such standard way to decide or rank the institutes in India but then on the basis of the popularity, there are many institutes like Arena, MAAC, Picasso etc which are known for the animation courses and this also includes Frameboxx which is seen as one of the reputed animation institutes.

Hi Omkar,
To be eligible to apply for good Hospitality Institutes like IHM you need to have atleast 50% aggregate marks in your +2 so, it would not be possible to get into a top rung colleges, but you may find some private lower tier Institutes where they may not require a minimum percentage, you can try with such Institutes

In order to pursue MBA in Canada you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus, and

Hi Shruti, to get admission at a British University you need to have a minimum of 60% in graduation. Depending on which University you have completed your degree from you might even be asked to have 65% or be accepted at 58% also. The other requirements are a score of minimum of 6.5 in IELTS with no band less than 6.0. Some Universities even require 7.0 in IELTS.
