Hi Raman,
As you have done 12th with medical subjects you must be having Biology, so you definitely can get into areas away from medical field like , bio-informatics, biotechnology, Marine Biology, Genetics etc. if you had Math you can opt for Bachelor's in Math or Statistics etc.
If you completely want to leave the field of Science go for course like BBA.
