Hi Ashutosh, to know ranking specifically for a course, you should look at the TQA ratings (Teaching Quality Assessment) or go for Times or Guardian Ranking. If you are unable to find any of these then you can e mail the University and ask for a TQA rating, they should be able to give it to you.
For Engineering in general Glasgow Caledonian is ranked at 23 by Guardian. There is no ranking specifically for instrumentation by Guardian.

Firstly, to get a real return on investment, advisable would be that you go for a full time programme as it will have a better standing in the job market. Secondly, you would majorly find a diploma or a PG Diploma programme in Hospitality Management. Few of the Institutes which you may consider for Distance learning programme in Hospitality are:
