As per UGC order issued in January 2016, UGC does not endorse the idea of allowing students to pursue two degrees simultaneously. Therefore, officially you are not allowed to pursue two university courses simultaneously in same or different universities. However, you may do non university professional course with any of your university degree studies.

See, there is no chance for you to get any NIT, if you want to do hard work on your studies and if you have enough confidence to clear next JEE then you should go for next JEE, otherwise, you can get any private college like SRM, VIT, BITS-Pilani, UPES, LPU or COMEDK exams.
Good luck.
