definetly you should repeat and prepare for the competitive exams, it is always advisabelt o spend a year extra rather than spoiling whole life on low percentage at 12th. career of the majority of the indian students gets decided at 12th level, therfore please do it with the best effort. GOOD LUCK

you do not have any chance of getting admission through merit in any college. You can join the private college under management quota. So, if you are ready to pay for management quota, enquire with the private colleges , you will surely get admission.
