Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering is offered by Clausthal University of Technology
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.
Education in Germany is free. Some Universities charge a minimal amount of Euro 140 - 500 per semester. Living expenses come to Euro 740 per month. You also need to appear for GRE and TOEFL or IELTS to apply to German University.

Well I suppose both the states are good for education purposes and more than the location, it is the institute and the type of course which should your top priority.

In Animation Industry the artist is recognized by his/her quality of skills and hence the pay scales are totally depending upon the degree and quality of of skills one possessed or acquired. Similarly it also depends upon one's specialization in Animation Skills. If you are a 2D Artist ,
your starting pay scale as a fresher will be between Rs. 8000/- to Rs. 12000/- p m depending upon Company ( One can become skilled 2D Artist with 5 months of quality training ) and with 2 years of experience, your salary could be around Rs. 16000 to 20000.
If you are a 3D Artist, your starting pay scale as a fresher will be between Rs. 15000/- and Rs. 18000/- p m . The minimum period required to become a skilled 3D artist is 18 months. With 2 years experience, you could reach annual salary package of Rs. 3.6 Lakh. For all this the minimum qualification required is XII pass.

As stated already, both the streams are good and wide with brighter career scope as well; it will entirely depend on your area of interest and the inclination that you have within to pursue a career based on which you can opt for the course.
Microbiology is seen more of research stream and holds a lot importance in Pharma, Life Sciences, Agriculture Industry etc.
Pharmaceutics is also a large discipline with multi dimensions to its nature of study. There is a lot from research to even retailing that one can capitalize as a career field.
