Hi Bhumit,
FMS gives admission interview calls on the basis of CAT score.
So you got to register for CAT '17 around September and separately apply for FMS in October - November.
Once your CAT score is higher than 98.5 percentile you will most likely get an interview call.
However, if you wish to have a good shot at getting admission you need to score 99.8+ percentile+ in CAT.

Since you are from SC category if you take CAT, MAT, CMAT or XAT entrance exam, you can easily get through and get selected in best MBA colleges. After getting the score, we can prefer which college is best based on that.
