Hello, First congrats for the efforts you been put in. There might be possibility to get a seat in University of Madras. But I would suggest you to join Thaigarajar School of Management, Madurai. It is a well reputed college in South side. It has the best faculty team. All are from Iims and IIT'S. This is a place where you gain more practical experience than classroom experience. So, I would suggest you to opt MBA in Thaigarajar School of Management, Madurai. Don't miss the opportunity Shruthi. Akila Narayanan

Hi,
I am happy you have found your interest towards Culinary Arts.
BHM is more theoretical and practical but here emphasis in on core subjects like Food Production, Food Service, Front Office and Housekeeping. But when you are clear that you want only Culinary Arts as your trade, I'd suggest you to focus only on that, because that will give you an overall idea about the course. Moreover, Culinary Arts needs no theoretical knowledge, it needs hands-on experience. So it is more about you learning practically. I suggest you to take up culinary courses, master it and then apply for culinary jobs. It will definitely give you a happy life.

You can go to South if you get top NITS. NITS in South are far more better than NSIT, Delhi. I am also studying in South from North. So I know there will be some problem at starting but South Indians are very good in nature. They will help you whenever you need them. Also, there is a good environment.
