Hello dear,
If you can't attempt EAMCET then go for counseling of JEE main also apply for colleges level counseling because JEE score is valid in a maximum number of colleges in india. Andhra Pradesh EAMCET score is only valid for Andhra Pradesh colleges.

No, you will not get CSE in heritage or IEM. Try for other branches. You will get all other branches in heriatge except CSE.
