Hi, To become a mathematician, one must really get a Ph.D. As such, my advice would be to take as many electives in mathematics as you can, e. g. real analysis, topology, abstract algebra. Please refer the link below to know more about the scope of Mathematicians and Statisticians:

based on your HSC marks and NATA score it's quite difficult as MIT is the top institution for architecture itself and you need to be loaded with extraordinary marks and certificates just to enter into the competitive environment of MIT.
Now I don't know if you are talking about Massachusetts institute of technology or Manipal institute of technology, as many people get transferred from Indian architecture institution to the MIT, Stanford and London college of architecture so :)

Since you have very less board marks, you are not likely to get into it(assuming you are from general).
Also, compare your JEE mains marks with the last year's CSE cutoff.
Category Opening_Rank (HS) Closing_Rank (HS) Opening_Rank (AI) Closing_Rank (AI)
General 36088 - 61968 - 11353 - 27087
Schedule Caste 7972 - 10142 - 4193 - 5599
Schedule Tribe 33023 - 73029 - 762 - 976
General Person with Disability 2069 -3021 - NA - NA
Other Backward Class 24097 - 28242 - 6403 - 9673
