How can u say that u have completed if u have 8 backlogs with u? First clear all ur backlogs and simultaneously get some International Certifications according to your area of interest field. So that ur Degree will also get superimposed by Industry Specific International Standards.

there is no such specific requirment.you should be decent looking with a fir body. Tall individuals are preffered howerver that is not a deterent. You should join a grooming course and build your network accordingly. IT is necassary that you get your portfolio shot by a professional.they may be costly but will actually shape the beginning of ur choosen career.

Although, both the Universities are highly reputed if we talk about state level ranking, however, if we go by popular Engineering ranking Jadavpur University has a much higher rank.

I would agree with Mr. Deshmukh, the most important thing you should keep in mind while choosing your career path is your own interests and career aspirations. As far as Salary and the scope of the programme is concerned both Physics and Engineering are entirely different fields. Physics can take you in fields which are more research based and need a lot more detailed study like Astrophysics, Astronomy, nuclear physics, Environmental Sciences etc. whereas Engineering will take you to the technology driven career.
