Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex ), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6.5 min for PG courses). CWA is a branch of Accountancy so, opting for this course should be an option only if you are keen to pursue a career in this branch of study and have a strong basic knowledge in accounts, but MBA is quite different to CWA.
MBA will provide you with careers in management discipline. The study offers several specializations too so to gain detailed education.
There can be no comparisons about the courses as these will differ on the basis of the education offered and also the career spectrum.

As per my understanding goes, the job would mainly depend on your talent and the knowledge possessed and not necessarily on the percentage entirely but definitely it is an important factor for shortlisting candidates depending on the kind of job profile you are applying for.
