You will have to apply online when the application process begins. Then you will need to give entance exam and on the basis of result you will be alloted a seat. But the exam is quite easy and spot counselling rounds are also held later. Keep an eye on notifications on LUs website.

Yes, there is a provision of lateral entry in which most students either Diploma students or other students from other colleges can join. It is a very normal process for taking admission in 2nd year.

You have to fill the application form for the university, which will be out during time if admission probably next year only now, it requires minimum of 45% in your 12 boards to be eligible for the course.
