For any under graduation study, you need IELTS 6 band and a minimum of 5.5 band in each component. As you have got only 5 band, you need to take some coaching and rewrite IELTS. However, some universities in the UK accept students without IELTS. Provided your class 10th and 12th English marks should be more than 70%.

I would say the most mature college I have ever seen in India. Faculty members are well-established professors and very much known in their field. College is very open in its approach, centred on quality it takes 140-150 students for Master's degree and only 50 for M.Tech each year. From first semester onwards you can work on research projects or startups running in college. IIIT-B and DTU are the only institutes in India which have an incubation centre inside the institute. If you have a startup idea then you will hit that here the most. The course structure is really advanced and you will frequently get the opportunity to listen to g

All NITs accept JEE Mains result for admission into their various branches. Also, various private colleges accept JEE Mains result for admission into some seats of their college like BHU, MMM, etc. The list of colleges is exhaustive. It would be better to look for such colleges according to the area to narrow the results.

If you are aiming for Delhi University, then above 90% marks is required for general category and above 80% marks for reserved. DU is the best university for UG courses. If you aim for technical degree like that of engineering, you need to prepare for JEE Mains, and qualify it to get the good university. For engineering Mains, score matter more than percentage, but still try to maintain balance between them to get better rank.
