In order to pursue post graduation in Canada you need to fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria:
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university, in 10+2+4 years of education pattern.
Good academic record throughout preferably 60% plus in graduation.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intakes in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) Intake.
An average tuition fee at university in Canada is about CAN$ 20,000 per-year. The tuition fee and living expense might be more or less depending on the university and location.

If u r in 3rd year then i would suggest u that any how just finish ur degree with the same and do some International Certifications to make ur degree more beautiful with that. Being an E&TC Engineer u can choose network line as a good care option. CCNA is the starting step towards Networking line for more enhancement u must have to some more Certifications. R u confidant in any of the Server Side Operating System? for what purpose u would like to do CCNA? wanted to go in network line? is that so? wanted to get good job in higher end? am i right? if u want to enhance ur career and knowledge as well why don't u choose RHCE. cos most of the Servers r running on Linux and then u opt CCNA u will be having career in only Network line. Cos Knowing LAN then u know about WAN will give u more advantage. After CCNA u will be only a network person if u do RHCE then u can opt System Admin or Network Admin or Security Admin as well if u have Database knowledge then u can be DBA as well the combination of RHCE+CCNA+MCSE will be good cos CCNA is 80% theory and 20% practical and RHCE is 100% practical after completing RHCE u will feel a lot of confidence as well.
