Set up a full proof study Plan
If you have prepared a comprehensive study plan then it will help the aspirants to achieve their goals. The plan must be realistic and must be according to the daily needs and schedule. Make the plan practical and study at your own pace. The plan must such that it reduces the stress and increase the effectiveness. Candidates must create an awareness about the syllabus, the difficulty faced, availability of time, and the candidate's performance target for the particular exam.
Ladders in preparing for the Exam
Plan your time sensibly. Candidates must divide the study session into different study sittings. The candidates must segment the syllabus into small segments. Lay down clear and specific goals for the learning sessions. Candidates must create an acquaintance with the material and the difficulty level in each section. don't have long study sections. This will increase your stress.
Candidates must select a place where there is less noise and hindrance in the study. You should include enough mixture in terms of topics and activities to put off boredom and loss of efficacy. Candidates must monitor their progress regularly. This can be done by diagnostic or through a practice test. This will help to understand the strong and weak areas.

In my opinion, Maharaja College is better than Subodh College. You can consider the below parameters 1) Faculty, 2) Affiliation / Recognition, 3) Course Material, 4) Quality Education, 5) Fees 6) Infrastructure, 7) Success Rate, 8) Placement, 9) Top recruiting companies.
Selection is based on class 12th board's percentage. I scored 64% marks. The cut off for the course was 62% marks in 2011. I opted for this college because, it is an okay college with low fees and it being a government college, so the degree is also valuable. Campus life is good, you have the option to play anything you prefer from basketball to cricket and else. Labs are just good, no debates and related activities. Gender ratios, hostel parties, workshops, cultural societies and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status - I can't say much about them, but as far as I have seen they are good.

Its depends like,
Yes - If you are the guy who is making his living by clicking "Next" in OS or Software installation.
No - If you are the guy who is making his living by solving real problems (like how to script above actions and make sure they work perfectly in 99.9% of time)
Apart from this, I have a separate view that is 'No'. In fact, cloud computing is creating more jobs. Traditional enterprise IT is moving away from soiled infrastructure with admins managing each of those silos (network, storage and servers) to admins managing software defined data centers (SDDCs) with (hopefully) a single pane of management. The single pane is yet to be realized, but if you are a soiled admin, I suggest you gain expertise in managing the SDDCs holistically.
Quick edit: I guess the old soiled admin jobs are slowly going away, but new ones are being created, where bigger skill set is required.

Let me understand your purpose behind asking this question since both the certifications are not in the same domain. While CCNA is an entry level Certification in Networking, OCJP (which used to be SCJP or JCP back in the late 90s.) is a decent Java programming certification. With OCJP you can get a decent job as a programmer with any small to medium sized organization. However, I can't say the same with confidence about CCNA.
Since both certifications are in completely non-related domains, it is really hard to compare both. What exactly is your purpose or intention? What is your ultimate goal? What do you believe you are good at & most importantly, interested in, viz. networking or programming? If problem-solving is your thing, I'd say go for OCJP, but if you are thrilled to work with routers & switches, go for CCNA. Make sure you don't stop after CCNA. You will have to upgrade to CCNP & then later on CCIE.

MCA is a course where you cannot take a chance to experiment with your career. You have to choose the best to raise yourself. Out of the given two options, I would prefer to go for IMCC -Pune. It's one among the older schools in Pune which conducts MCA program. It's affiliated to prestigious University of Pune. The best part is that it has very lesser competition so you don t need to be much effort full for getting placement. Here, all the classrooms are equipped with LCD projectors for on-line teaching, seminars and presentations. One class room is also equipped with color TV and VCR.
IMCC has developed excellent rapport with Industry by way of guest lectures, seminars, workshops, industrial visits and placements. Various alumni from these colleges are working in a big tech giant companies. So, my opinion says that you can go for IMCC, Pune to continue your career of computer applications.

Starting path of Cloud includes the fundamentals and then the practitioner level. After you have become hands on with the practitioner level, then you should go for the networking and the databases level certification. After that go for the architect associate level, security services and the Devops, SysOps like advanced certifications. For choosing CCNA as your domain you should have knowledge of networking and then you can appear for CCNA then for CCNP and then for CCIE. Under CCNA there are sub categories like Routing and Switching, Database, Security, Datacenter. Similarly for the CCNP and CCIE are the same. You should go for CCNA Security curriculum emphasizes core security technologies, the installation, troubleshooting and monitoring of network devices to maintain integrity, confidentiality and availability of data and devices, and competency in the technologies that Cisco uses in its security structure. Where as CCNA SP is a certification for engineers required to deliver career-grade infrastructure and new managed services. Whereas CCNA Voice is specialisation in unified communications. So its better to for CCNA Security.

The placements for NIT-MCA are one of the best in the country. Students have bagged offers as high as 60 LPA and the placement percentage usually remains between 90% to 100%. However, this does not mean that you will get an offer in 7 digits salary. Placement packages vary from company to company.
Simply speaking, if you have studied at least what was taught in the class, have cgpa good enough to satisfy the Eligibility criteria of the companies, you have fair chances of getting a good enough job offer.
The MCA course at IIT Roorkee has sadly been discontinued since last year. Last few batches of MCA are going to pass out in the next couple of years. Still I am going to answer the question assuming a hypothetical situation where in the course may get restarted next year.
The placements are a mixed bag. Most companies do not know about the MCA course and hence do not open it. It is up to the placement representative of the MCA batch to educate the Central Placement Team guys about MCA and get as many companies to be opened as possible. You do get to sit for some of the top companies like MS, Amazon, Directi, Inmobi Symantec, Nvidia. I believe even Google opened up this year. So if you have worked hard, you can make something out of it.
