Maya Entertainment- It is stationed in Mumbai. They have a big client list which includes BBC, Sony, Google and Rainbow. Their blockbuster work in the movies includes The Mummy and Stuart Little. They have also worked along with the United Nations on a short film with a character called Wabo.
UTV Toonz- This is another division of the popular UTV Software Communications Ltd. and is based in Mumbai. They have successfully bagged clients from all over the world including North America, Asia and Europe. Some of their achievements include the Club Now which is a musical cartoon series and The Doonz which is a fantasy series for the Dutch clients. Silvertoon Studio- This gained its popularity with the animated series Hanuman which was aired for 135 minutes. This mythological character was a huge success among the kids and had a huge fan following too. Animation institutes and colleges are way behind the industry standards in terms of software use as well as current techniques in the animation industry. They use decade old software to teach, as the institution can't afford to update the software and the hardware. Many don't even know of devices called the Pen Tablet and Cintiq, which is what the international studios use. The teachers are themselves not creative or talented enough to teach and give industry standard assignments.

Moreover, since KVT has been recently established, it is still growing as an institute, whereas FTIH was established early, and has much more experience in the animation industry, so it is a better bet.

If you have interest in game development, then you can sure give a shot and go for it once you complete java course. But, it is not really used in game designing.
Technical reasons:
- Most of the best 3D game engines are written in C/C++. This is a big deal since most game developers don't want to compromise on their 3D engine, but nor do they want to write one from scratch. Java has jMonkeyEngine which is open source and actually really good but it still can't yet compete with the Unreal Engine.
- For some very rare situation, there are advantages in getting "close to the metal" in C or assembly language, specifically for access to special hardware features. This is not so important nowadays, but professional game developers still like to have the option.
- Java has a garbage collected, managed runtime. 99% of the time this is a huge advantage, it certainly makes coding easier and less error-prone and is one of the big reasons why Java is so popular. However, it does cause an occasional latency issue for games as garbage collection cycles can cause noticeable pauses. This is getting to be less of an issue with the newer low-latency JVMs but is still an issue for graphically intensive games where maintaining high FPS is critical.

You can either do animation or computer science engineering. For game development, Computer science will help you and for design, the animation is good to go.
Game design involves the entire process of making a video game. It involves various stages such as concept, documentation, prototype development, production, design, programming, level creation, art production, audio production, testing, and maintenance. It is not an individual work, but needs a team effort. Game design involves knowing many arts like graphics, industrial design, and architecture. They develop the overall layout and production design for various applications such as for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports and I actually do not have much idea about civil engineering. Only thing I know is you should do your work only when you enjoying it, if it is burden on you, you should quit. You also look quite confused, you have to clear yourself what actually your dream is? And graphic designing is a course which you can learn any time in your lifespan. The job opportunities in this field are endless. What really matters is, are you enjoying your job. if you really want to be a graphic designer then there are no issues in coming to this field, you will always be welcome. Completing BCA and doing a course in animation has no relation in-between.
While BCA is related to programming logic, maths, calculations etc (Science). The animation is something related to ART. I am not sure why you are thinking of doing a course in animation (better job/career prospects or your interest/inclination).
One thing I will advise is, if you are planning for anything related to arts you should have a strong liking for that art, else you will never succeed or enjoy what you are learning or have learned. So, if you are naturally inclined towards art and think animation is something that really excites you, then you should definitely go for it.
