Gender ratio of females versus males for cabin crews is definitely different in Indian Carriers as compared with carriers from abroad. A lot depends on availability of talent pool and the socioeconomic conditions of population strata in countries. In India females are considered fit for the job to be serving to people. Also, a large number of young girls just out of the school are without jobs hence they queue up for any job at any pay. Hence there is large female talent pool available here. On the other hand, abroad, the availability of females for these jobs is much less since there are plenty of other jobs available to them. Since, the gender ratio in India is 943 females per 1000 males according to 2011 census, you will definitely find more male employees than female employees in every sector of the economy including hospitality industry.
Most of the people in India aren't aware of the opportunities that Hotel Management may provide to the Graduates and therefore they don't send their children for the course. Most for people have this misconception in mind that hotel Industry isn't safe for girls. Hotel Industry is absolutely safe for girls. There are a lot of girls working in Hotel Industry safely.
There are long and extended working hours but all the reputed 5 star brands provide late night home drop to all the employees.
I am a hotelier and I've experienced hospitality industry very closely and I would say that it is absolutely safe for girls.

3Ds Max has been known for its powerful modelling tools, allowing you to create complex 3D models with a very fast workflow and robust modifiers, with the entire poly modelling tools contained in one area of the UI. It also has some really great architectural visualization capabilities that Maya really doesn't have. If you're brand new to CG 3Ds Max can be a little simpler to grasp, and can seem a little less daunting than Maya, making it a bit more user-friendly.

The biggest factor in choosing between the two actually has nothing to do with the application's toolset, but your operating system. Maya is available for Windows, Linux, and OSX platforms. 3Ds Max, on the other hand, is only available for Windows operating systems, which means if you're a Mac or Linux user, 3Ds Max is probably not the best choice.
The verdict:
You should really know what you're going to use the app for because this can help you decide which program to choose, and each program has different strengths when it comes to the different tasks, like modelling, or animation. If you want to get into character animation, Maya may be the best choice. However, 3Ds Max still has great animation capabilities, but Maya has a slight edge over it with its deeper list of tools. When it comes to modelling, either software is going to get the job done; it really comes down to which workflow you like more. 3Ds Max has a robust modelling toolset, but Maya has recently enhanced their tools as well. 3ds Max has typically been seen as the 3D app for the game industry, and it is known to have a bit more flexibility and options. However, Maya LT is also a great cost-effective choice when it comes to game development.

There is no discrimination in salary packages based on gender. The salary differs only on the basis of seniority and fleet in India. On the other hand, when we look at the remuneration paid by foreign airliners are based on their reputation in the market and obviously on which country do they come from. Indian carriers are way back in pay scales when you compare it with foreign airliners. Pay for cabin crew also depends on the section of aircraft that they look after. Those working for First Class and Business Class differ from those who operate in Economy class. British Carriers and American Carriers pay differently when you compare it with those who operate from Dubai or Saudi.

Sous chefs are second-in-command in kitchens, reporting to the head chef, overseeing the preparation and cooking of food at restaurants, diners, and other operations where somebody can get a bite to eat. Sous chefs make sure that a kitchen is a well-oiled machine, preparing food, managing the kitchen staff to make sure food prepared quickly and as delicious as possible, and enforcing food safety standards.
Experience is the key. Most sous chefs start in other positions in the kitchen, from the dishwasher, cook, etc., and learn the skills they need on the job to move up. However, some will gain experience through training at a Hotel Management/ Catering school, with 2 and 4-year degrees are available. Sous chefs looking for more advanced training can get involved in apprenticeships through culinary schools and other organizations. These typically last two years.
Tasks performed by Sous Chef are:
1. Assist management of food preparation, planning, and production.
2. Substitute for the executive chef or line cooks when off-duty or during staff shortages.
3. Supervise kitchen staff.
Their pay is generally in the range of 1.5-2.5 LPA. They are generally full-time workers and act as chefs in master chef's absence.

If they have an all-female cabin crew instead of a mixed cabin crew. The reason for this is that a female cabin crew would weigh on an average 20 kilos lighter than a male cabin crew and as a result, would save on fuel consumption in the long run. As a result, many cash-strapped no-frills budget airlines in India such as Indigo Airlines, Go Air, Spice JET and Air Asia only hire female cabin crew. This helps them save a huge amount of money in the long run. The above calculation is true for a fleet of just 15 aircrafts, so airlines like Indigo who already have 150+ aircrafts currently, save a lot of money every year by not hiring male cabin crew. This method has also been utilized to a great extent by other low cost Asian airlines.

Executive Chef (aka Group Chef) - Only the largest establishments have an executive chef, salary range around Rs. 1.5-2 lakh.
Head chef- The head chef generally controls the whole kitchen, from managing kitchen staff and controlling kitchen costs to liaising with suppliers and creating the menus. Salary scale range 1-1.5 lakh.
Sous Chef- The role will typically overlap with the head chefs, but the sous chef will tend to be more hands on and actively involved in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, the sous chef will also fill in for the head chef when they are off, salary range 50 k to 1 lakh.
Commis- A commis is a junior member of staff that works under a chef de partie in order to learn the ins and outs of a specific station, these are often people that have recently completed, or are still undertaking, formal culinary training. Salary scale is around 25k.
Dishwasher/porters- asks include basic food preparation such as washing salad and peeling potatoes, in addition to basic cleaning duties. The person responsible for washing dishes and cutlery. Salary scale between 10-20k.

This is a very generic question that holds no difference in the animation field separately. The difference in the 3 courses is as below:
Time invested- Certificate are of maximum 1 year duration, Diploma requires minimum 1 year and maximum 2 year investment.
The degree programs would be at least 3 years and could be up to 5 years (in case of integrated programs)
Syllabus covered- Obviously as the time invested differs, so does the syllabus and detail of subject taught in the program. Certificates and Diplomas are more specified to a certain part of the total program offering limited exposure, however degree covers a larger arena and offers in depth knowledge and exposure.
Value in market- The degree programs are definitely the most valued, as they have maximum exposure in the field, but in some case Diplomas are sufficient to give a start to the career.
In case of animation, these differences hold true and the major difference can also be the number and version of various software taught in the different programs.
