Well not much can be said or compared about the options mentioned above as all the three institutes are great and are offering professional courses with a bright career opportunities.
OCLD is one of the best known centers to take up learning for Hospitality related courses and if given an chance to pursue it through this institute, I guess you should not be wasting it and instead go ahead and put in your hard work so the gain out best of career prospects for yourself.

Frankly speaking, there are very few institutes in India which can offer a MBA degree in Travel and Tourism as the specialization, but then you can look for the institutes which have this course or some other similar courses like MTA.

University of Bedfordshire offer MSc in Advanced Nursing studies program and in order to take admission you should have An honours or pass degree from a UK university or equivalent (HND), or exceptional evidence of previous advanced study, research or professional experience. Hi,
As you have scored very low percentile it seems difficult that you would be able to get any good colleges so I would suggest that you either reappear next year, or try and get a seat through Management quota or the third option would be that you go for private Institutes. Advisable would be that you reappear for CAT get a good score and apply to decent University rather investing your money in any institute, in the meanwhile you can either start job or can give this one year completely to CAT preparation and also try for other Entrance Examinations.
