There are not many Institutes providing B.Sc Aviation programme. Few of which you may look at: Nehru College of Aeronautics and Applied Science, Sir Sitaram and Lady Shantabai Patkar College of Arts and Science (University of Mumbai), Another Institute which you may check with is The Aviation International. UPES also has a B.Sc programme in Aviation.

BBA is a Bachelors degree which is open to the students of all the streams, be it Science, Commerce or Arts, so you definitely can go for BBA.
