Hi Rijin,
Although, you have not mentioned any thing about your education background, but to get into the profession of Pilot you need to have a Science background with Physics & Math as a compulsory subjects. However, I would say that if you have keen interest in the field and have the right educational background there is no disadvantage or problem in pursuing this career.
As far as CPL is concerned there are levels of pilot training which you need to clear before getting the CPL certification. For more information on CPL & Pilot training please check the links below:

Hi,
The best possible course for you would be a Masters in computer science as you have a background in the same field. Apart from that, you can apply in any other engineering related discipline like industrial engineering, electrical etc. You can also opt for MS in IT
If you want to shift your career towards the management side, you can opt for a MBA or a Masters degree in management or management related discipline. Options are unlimited. It is you who has to make a choice.
Hope my answer has solved your query. If it has, kindly mark it as best answer.

Hi Sunil,
There are several coaching Institutes in Delhi preparing for IAS Examination; one of the renowned Institutes is Rau's Study Circle. However, before getting into any of the institutes you should keep few of the things in mind such as Study Material, Faculty and their education background, number of classes given, if there are any doubt clearing session given or not, infrastructure, also try and talk to few of the current batch students and take the contacts of few of the alumnae. After visiting few of the institutes do the comparative analysis and then join one of them.
