Hi Juhi,
Commercial art is a discipline of creativity and is seen similar to fine arts. In India, there aren't many institutes offering such a course but then you can either go for the specialized courses that come under Commercial arts like Graphic design, animation, Photography, Fashion Designer, interior design etc or you can opt for the BFA which is a bachelor degree and the minimum eligibility for this is 12th pass from the recognized board.

It is advised to opt for the Masters through the regular mode and along which if possible then you can take up interior designing course as well.
But as you are highly inclined to study interior designing and plan to go for the MBA through correspondence, then you may refer to the following link to know about the institutes offering it:

Only open universities need study/learning and franchise for their courses. Otherwise,start your own institution and seek affiliation from state universities. You can also become a partner institute for IGNOU for running approved courses

Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Delhi and Mass Communication Research Center, Jamia Millia Islamia are the best in Delhi. Both have entrance test followed by interview.
