Hi, As you are the permanent resident of Himanchal Pradesh, so you can get benefit of home state quota of Himanchal Pradesh for Hamirpur. It doesn't matter from where you have completed your class 12th. The only thing you need to avail this reservation facility is to bring the domicile certificate of your home state. Best of luck.

Yes, you can pursue law after your degree. You can participate in some entrance test like CLAT or you can take direct admission in some colleges of the country. For example you can go for Lovely professional university, Amity University and take direct admission. Best of luck.

Yes, you can easily get admission in these colleges with this score. But, you should try for the other good colleges of Delhi, Ghaziabad and other private colleges as your score is quite good.

There is no restriction like specialized subject graduates are only eligible for study law. Definitely B.Com graduates are eligible to study LLB three year programme. B.Com+LLB is good combo and this combo graduates mostly hire by IT department (Income Tax). All the Best for your future.
