It is difficult to predict marks as exam pattern and marks change every year, but you should score more than 50% marks to get good branch in Top IITs. In order to qualify for JEE Advanced, you need to score 81 marks in JEE Main in general category according to 2017 cut off. All the best.

Yes, B.Sc in hospitality can be pursued. But, the question is why you want to pursue it after third year B.Com.
If you are already in third year B.Com, then go for M.Com or MBA. If hospitality is something which you are fascinated about, then do some small courses in hospitality or hotel management instead of spending 3 years for B.Sc.
You already have a B.Com degree, then go ahead for a master's degree or professional courses.

As you have completed your diploma already, so you are eligible to take admission in this college. For that you need to appear in the West Bengal LEET and perform well. Rest depends on your hard work and luck. If you are really interested then start working for the same. Try to solve as much previous year questions as possible. Give some online tests as well.
