If you want to enjoy your B.Tech life, then you should stick with GITAM but only GITAM, Vishakhapatnam is good enough for studies and placements too.
When you want to gain knowledge and looking for a good career then you should opt to KLU as its rules are strict enough chances of getting spoiled are few!
Remember, if you are working hard no one will disturb you can choose either of these colleges.

I.E.T. Lucknow the ratings by people will depend upon their branch, educational background and the attitude possessed by the students. On one hand, we have students who have cracked IIM, GATE and also have got placed in some of the great software companies and on the other hand we have people who are still searching for a Job. You can go for MBA even if you have 50% in CAT.
It only depends on which college you want to get admission in to.
Each and every college has different criteria.

To get admission in MBBS in government medical colleges, your score should not be less than 500 (general category). For reserved category, it is 400 marks. So, you can expect to get admission in a private college.

SASTRA University has a purely merit based admission system. You'll have no way to get a seat through management quota! You can get in through the NRI quota but it's has very limited seats.
I'm sure you'll be able to get into the other colleges with money bit not the case with SASTRA.
