As the industry braces for exciting times ahead, the sector is projected to grow at a CAGR of 19 percent 2020 which is the highest growth as compare to other fields that means more income and jobs. In MNCs like Pixar, Technicolor (Bangalore), Rhythm and Hues (Hyderabad), Red Chillies, Prime Focus, DQ entertainment, etc., salaries are more than software engineers. If you are interested in this field, you can just join a professional career based course in the best institute, no degree or Diploma is required in this field because I have already mentioned that Animation and VFX depends on the creativity and software skills. There are many colleges and institutions for animation in India. If you want to really choose the right place for this field focus on just a few things. These things are mentors (faculties), course content, career opportunities (placement), environment and equipment’s (labs). Only these things can make a brand and in India, there are just a few institutes who provide a quality education in the animation field.
