Check QS world ranking for university rankings. MIT, CalTech, Carnegie Mellon, RWTH Aachen etc are some of the best you could think of, admissions are competitive though.

I would advise you to go for B.Com as a lot of career options can be unlocked for you like MBA M.Com, etc. Whereas, BBA is in a way restrictive where you have to do only MBA after that. But, ultimately, it's your choice so choose wisely after asking and enquiring with few other people.

Hello Sudesh,
If you pass exam for lateral entry, then marks of diploma shouldn't be counted at all. Diploma marks will only decide eligibility.
Yes, both VJTI & Somaiya do give admissions in 2nd year for diploma holders but then seats are limited.

Yes, students from an AET vocational course may be able to apply for Automobile Engineering at Lovely Professional University, but eligibility depends on the subjects studied and the marks obtained in 10+2. For B.Tech Automobile Engineering, the usual requirement is around 60% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics, and English or an equivalent qualification.
