Dear Prakash,
You cannot apply for a job as secret agent for the Indian government. The Intelligence agencies look out for you. The basic requirement is graduation in any discipline, but they prefer IAS/IPS/IFS officers more than engineering/medical graduates. In fact, the latter are rarely chosen.

We should not compare the two, both the universities are good at their place. But as a student of LPU I would like to tell you Ranking, education, placement, technology and infrastructure in every aspect LPU is better. Both these private engineering colleges in Maharashtra are well known. May be DY Patil is slightly better known. I suggest you take admission in that college which is convinient to you.
