Most of the good universities in US requires GRE score of 1200-1400 plus and TOEFL score of 80-90 plus, as you have score 1260, you can get admission in some good universities though not in top ranked universities.
Find below some of the good universities in US where you can apply with your GRE score:

The University of Lowa.
Missouri University of science and technology.
University of Bridgeport.

Information Technology (INFOTECH) M.Sc. si what one can apply for at the univ.
There are 2 intakes in a yearSep/Oct and MArch/April. The application and admission process takes about 9 months so youneed to plan accordingly. Thedeadline for Sep/Oct intake is in Jan and for March /Aprilintake is in July. Hence, youwill need to make an early application.
Once the University receives your application they may takeabout 3-4 months to inform youof the decision. Not all Univmay intimate you if your application is incomplete, hence it is your duty to ensure thatyou send all the requested documents in one go to avoid anylast minute issues.
If you do not want to apply directly or are apprehensive youtake help from UNI ASSIST. they charge Euro 55 for their service of applying to 2-3 univ.And additional Euro 15 per univ.
students are allowed to work part time for 90 full days or 180 days in a year. Also, a graduate is allowed to stay in Germany for 1 year to look for a job. Once you find a job you can convert your student permit to residence permit for taking gainful employment.
