Hi AMandeep, you can go for a diploma in hospitality. But how will you relate your past and future courses? It is will be necessary for visa pursposes and in some cases even the univ will ask you the same question.
Nz and Singapore are good options for Hospitality. While Singapore can be expensive, Nz is an affordable country.
It may not be possible to pursue a PG in hospitality as you do not have background. But again the decision will be in the hands of the faculty.
EASB and James cook Univ in Singapore offer PG in hospitality.

Sachin. You must have a BE/BTech in areas like Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Automobile to study MS/ME/MTech in Avionics, Robotics, Automobile etc. A dentist cannot become a heart surgeon. What I mean is that there CAN BE NO PATHWAY for you (given your background) to get into the field you want to go. Just stick to I.T. That is your best hope.

Yes there are universities in the countries that you have mentioned for PG courses but wait for a moment and think that would it not be better if you do your PG from India, preferably from an IIT.

HI Ankur, for CS the universities that you can try are Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Management University.
To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier.
