I would say that as there is no neutral public ranking on the basis of which one can rank these two institutes. Moreover, as shiksha believes in unbiased guidance it would be unfair to give my personal opinion on any specific institute. Universities in USA requires 10+2+4 years of education for masters course, as you have 10+2+3 years of education and you want your Masters to be completed in 1 year, so in this situation UK will be the best study destination for you, fine below some of the good universities in UK which offers the course of your interest and suits your profile.
1.Cardiff University
2.Liverpool John Moores University.
3.University of Wales Institute, Cardiff.
4.Coventry University.
5.Bangor University.

Hi Sanjay, it is not enough to have marks to study for MBBS in a country like Singapore, one must also have good amount of money. A minimum of 90% should be marginally enough to apply. And for scholarship, of course an outstanding student and profile will be expected.
It costs about 40 lacs per annum to study for MBBS in Singapore
