To answer your 1st part of the question, I would say that No, Haridwar need not be the best for MBA education. It would be better for you to appear for CAT exam and through it get into a reputed college for MBA through regular mode. Incase you want to do it through distance education then Pooja ji has already given very good advice to you.

In some citys they are evening Engineering colleages are there pleasetry there.Where you are working there evening colleages are there please approch the principal and take adimission.Some universitys are having distence education.Do in there.
