Definitely, Jammu University is a state level University and holds recognition for any Masters programs and careers ahead. If you are inquiring about the courses/ education in UP state, you are well eligible, but if you are thinking to apply for teaching jobs under the UP government, this will actually depend on several parameters as in most of the State level eligibility, it is preferred to recruit the citizen of the particular state but this will also vary on the basis of the eligibility and to which institution you are applying to .
