Android would be a better option as of now, but still the app development Industry is fragmented in India, But Android developers are generally better paid than dot net developers.
.net on the other hand is still used to develop most of the websites and general applications.This is a stable job, but the salary packages are just average compared to android. Hope this resolves your dilemma.

Now a days These Specialized Degrees are also not giving top quality job. Through Degree now a days u will not get practical knowledge which is going on in industry. Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria for admission, in order to know the exact eligibility criteria it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
Overall, in order to pursue masters degree from universities abroad you need to have atleast 60%-70% plus in graduation.

Hi,
Yes you can enroll yourself with B.C.A 1st year program in a recognized university.
Maths is preferable in 10+2 for admissions in the B.C.A. However, if you did not study the subject, then you can look for colleges that offer the course without Maths.
