For MBA abroad, you must hold a Bachelor's degree and gain some work experience after completing your degree. Atleast, 2 to 3 years of work experience is required. You must also take your GMAT or GRE and TOEFL or IELTS. Universities can admit freshers if the candidate's profile is brilliant. You can also go for MS in management if no work experience.
