You must also note that there is no direct MBBS programs in Canada, you need to first complete a four year bachelors degree, take the Medical College Admissions Test and the seek admissions into a medical school. Visa process will come into the picture once you have been admitted to a university.

Hi, it all matters to you which university you wanna choose. Both Chandigarh University and Chitkara University are good but I have more insights on Chandigarh University CSE Program so as far as I know, CU's CSE programme is ABET accredited which means it is globally recognized. The CSE deparment here offers some cool specializations like AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and IoT, etc.
The placements of CSE department are really good. The highest international salary offered was Rs. 1.7 crore per year and the highest domestic salary was Rs. 54.75 LPA.

You can still apply for both JoSSA (for colleges other than IIT's) & JAC (for 4 colleges, NSIT, IIIT, DTU ,IGDTUW ) through your JEE Mains All India Rank.
It is not compulsory to give Advanced.
