Hi Rajeev, To pursue PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university. The research proposal must include a summary of the proposal and then the proposal in detail. You need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial to the community and the university, what is the different thing you are doing that hasn't been undertaken earlier. Also, include how you will progress during the research and the duration you might need to achieve the milestones you have set. If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process. To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University and ask them if there is any research going on. Because its always not mentioned on the University's website whether the research in your field of interest is going on or not.

US and UK are the best study destination to pursue undergraduate degree, both of these countries have some of the good and top ranked universities.
The universities in these countries offers undergraduate degree in various fields such as:
Computer engineering.
Electrical engineering.
Mechanical engineering and many more fields.
To pursue undergraduate degree form universities in these countries you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
SAT score of 1700-1800 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Please note that universities in UK, do not require SAT scores.
Universities in UK and US have two admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.
Spring (January) intake.
Average fees at UK universities is around 15,000 pounds per-year and average tuition fee of a US university is about US$ 30,000 per-year, the tuition fee and living expenses might be more or less depending on the university and location.

The common eligibility criteria to pursue Masters in clinical research either in UK/USA are as follows:
1. A Good academic background throughout. Preferably 60%.
2. IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus OR TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
3. Undergraduate degree in the related course.
For admission in US universities for MS course you need to take GRE as well, apart from TOEFL or IELTS, you need to score 1200-1400 plus in GRE.
