There are many universities in Canada, which offers variety of course at undergraduate and post graduate level.
In order to get admission in Graduate course, you need to have:
16 years of education, with good academic background preferably 60% plus in Graduation.
Relevant undergraduate course from recognized university.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus and GRE score of 1100 plus,GMAT score of 600 plus.
IELTS is a exam which need to be taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.
GRE is a exam which need to be take by all the students who wish pursue MS in science and engineering subjects at Graduate level.
GMAT is a exam which need to be taken by all the students who wish to pursue MBA in Canada.
Universities in Canada have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall(August) intake.
Spring(January) intake.
Average fees at Canadian universities is around CA$ 20,000 per year.The tuition fee and living expense might be more or less depending on the university and location.

US is one of the finest study destination to pursue studies, there are many good universities in US which offers undergraduate and graduate degree in various fields, such as:
Civil engineering.
Computer engineering.
Electrical engineering and many more fields.
A degree offered by universities in US is world wide acclaimed and acknowledged, in the present day scenario job situation in US is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and economic recession, but US education is still among the best in the world.

There are several institutes in the country to offer you training so to pursue a career in Finance, and if you are looking for the Certificate/ diploma courses there aren't much of Universities to offer it but you can consider such institutions for the degree programs.
